I have worked with a number of women who have come to me feeling this way. In the first session they may report feelings of anxiety, depression or a general feeling of being quite fed up with life. Whatever label is given to this feeling my experience has shown me that the underlying issues are generally the same.
That is why I have developed a six week solution focused wellbeing for women course. My course will help you move towards the future you want by making small (or big) positive changes in your life.
